Our gym includes levels 2-6 Compulsory teams, levels 7-10 Optional teams, and the Prep Opt program as designed by USA Gymnastics. Mobility through these levels takes place with the discretion of the team staff as the requirements set forth by USA Gymnastics are achieved. The Greenwood Family YMCA Gymnastics Center currently hosts 1-2 home meets per year. We are the home of the FLIPSTERS Gymnastics Team, many individual and team state champions, and have sent gymnasts to regional competitions for the past 7 years and nationals for the past 2 years.
